At the beginning of september the anniversary box on the occasion of 30 years Jan van Haasteren puzzles will be released. The 3 puzzles with 1000 pieces are: "All at Sea", "Get Well Soon" and "Hotel".

The Queen of the Netherlands made Jan van Haasteren "Ridder in de Orde van Oranje Nassau".
In january Jumbo released the first 2014 drawing by Jan in 1000 and 2000 pieces: "Football Crazy", a studio puzzle by Rob Derks 500 pieces "Seafood Supper" and a combination box with 2 x 1000 pieces "Safari" and "Storm".
In the U.S.A. 2014 will have 7 new releases, 3 in each of the series Cartoon Capers and Crowd Pleasers and one "multi-pack" with four puzzles.
In some releases of puzzles there are small differences. I think some of you would like to know about it.
For Formido Jumbo reproduced two old puzzles: "Cars in the Make" and "Fire Station", not available anymore. In december "Streetlife" was released, available in the webshop for € 14,50
When Anja and Rita visited Jan they got the confirmation, that a small Rick de Kikker puzzle has been drawn by him. It is a wooden puzzle with 20 pieces, produced by Pim Kwin in about 1967
