When will my order be shipped?

* If you place your order on a business day before 3:30 PM, we will ship your order the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

* We ship worldwide and delivery times depend on the destination. You can find the expected delivery time here. Delivery takes one day for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

* When your order is packed you will recieve a shipping confirmation with a link to track the package.

Exceptions:

* Your order has not yet been paid. We only ship after your order has been paid.

* Orders outside the European Union are shipped every Friday via PostNL.

* Puzzles available for pre-order. The expected shipping date is stated in the relevant puzzle. NOTE: if you order multiple puzzles, the order will be shipped once it is complete.
